Ghana coach Goran Stevanovic tells Cafonline.com that his team is poised for victory despite the recent performances of his opponents, the Desert Hawks. Cafonline.com: What are your views about the fianl matches of the group phase? Goran Stevanovic: It will be a very tough game for us as well as Sudan. Both teams are in a dicey situation and I am sure we will play to win. Cafonline.com: What is your assessment for your opponent Sudan? Goran Stevanovic: I know them very well and have watched most of their games recently especially at the African Nations Championship (CHAN). I think they are a very good team and are very difficult to beat at home. They have a compact team with good individuial players as well. I have told my players that the game is a very big challenge for them. Cafonline.com: Do you think it will be an easy game for your team? Goran Stevanovic: Not at all. In modern football, it is not easy to predict the outcome of matches not even against the worst ranked team. Cafonline.com: What are your expectations after a 0-0 draw in the reverse fixture? Goran Stevanovic: The 0-0 draw in Kumasi was very difficult for us. We will try to win in Omdurman. I insist that it will be a difficult task. Cafonline.com: How is your team preparing for the crucial encounter? Goran Stevanovic: We camped for three days in Kenya as part of our peparations. We are very well prepared, very contrated and motivated. I am convinced that on Saturday, we will give off our maximum. I have a mixture of Europe and local-based for this game.
