He said the church was touched by the plight of the flood victims and that it had put measures in place to ensure that the items were distributed in three days. The Embassy of the Republic of Korea made a donation of building materials worth 50 thousand dollars while the Ghana National Association of Teachers presented a cheque for 50 million cedis. The Iranian Embassy on behalf of the Iranian Red Crescent presented 2,500 bags of rice valued at 6,000 dollars while the National Investment Bank made a presentation of assorted clothes valued at 11, 327,000 million cedis. The Ghana National Association of Tailors and Dressmakers donated 20 million cedis.
