Before a movie comes out,there are a lot of human resources that work behind the scenes to promote the actors/actresses featured and the movie itself. One such Company is Africa Film and Music Company ltd (Afrimus). Africa Film and Music Company ltd is a film and music distribution company and event organizing in the Arts and Culture in Ghana. To their credits is the Ananse International Film Festival and Big Dreams. The Ananse International Film Festival provides a platform for players in the Broadcast and Film/ Video industry to exchange ideas in a conclusive environment and serve access to Ghanaians seeking internal/ international market as well as international companies and investors seeking joint venture partnership. The maiden edition of Ananse International Film Festival took place on the 4th to 7th March 2007 at the Ghana International Trade Fair Centre La, Accra. In attendance was some of Ghana's most respected Actors and Actresses, filmmakers and lots more. Another Project by Afrimus is the Big Dreams. The Big Dreams Project travels around Ghana, visiting various Schools. It gives art students the opportunity to showcase their talent in a real life/stage set. Their next region is the Central Region of Ghana, Cape Coast in October. Afrimus/Big Dreams Publication is also responsible for entering Run Baby Run for the Africa Movie Academy Awards this year.
