In a 1 quart salad bowl: Combine: 1 cup LEMON JUICE 3 cloves GARLIC, mashed. Blend in: 3 Tbs. CRUSHED RED PEPPER 1 tsp. BLACK PEPPER 1 tsp. SALT Place in small ramekin dishes and serve with entrees.
