Usage
You do not need to register to use most of the data on the site. You can browse as freely as you want. The only limitation is you are not able to submit any data apart from signing the guestbook- Link . This is authorised before making available. You can also make comments on news items(this will be activated soon) Membership Registration - Link Registered members have access to a control panel with the following links Welcome back, User! • My Profile • Add Data • Set Job Alerts • My Messages • My School Pals • MailGhana - Free Email • Web Hosting Panel • Log Out MY PROFILE My profile takes a registered user to a customization page. At this page you can change your password which is recommended on your first log on. You can do the following: Themes setting, Job alerts setting, write a brief profile of your self and other personal details you want to give out and u pload your picture as a member. This picture does not appear at the Efriends section but might only show on the random members window at the home page. and other members reading your profile can also see this picture. Most of the settings are optional.
Add Data
Submitting data to the site is very easy and straight forward once you log in. All Member privileges will show up in a window as soon as you log in. Every data submitted can be edited and deleted only by the owner or administrator. You can also change the category of an item if you see that you have put it in the wrong category. Once data is submitted it needs to be approved and might at times be moved to the appropriate category if the administrator thinks otherwise.

SET JOB ALERTS
You can opt to be alerted when a new job in a category is submitted. We are actively working on this so that only relevant jobs are sent to your email and also the facility to upload CVs and apply for jobs straight away on the site.
EMPLOYERS
Employers can store your constant data like, company name, address, fax, phone, email and other information in your profile. This will automate data insertion in fields when posting a new job. This makes you do less typing. Also you can always extend deadlines by just clicking on the edit icon by the job listing in your add data panel. International jobs can also be listed on this portal as room has been made to specify international locations for jobs. MY MESSAGES Private Messaging is enabled on this portal. You can send private messages and also set in your profile to be alerted by email when you receive a new message. The default setting is yes so you only change it if you want otherwise

At the moment you have to add yourself to the school pals pages if you are interested
MAIL AFRICANA- FREE EMAIL This link gives registered members access to register name@mailafricana.com addresses. This is free and can be assessed anywhere in the world.
HOSTING PANEL \ WEB HOSTING
You have to register differently to use the hosting panel. You register with a request for hosting at the main home page - Link.You can do a test drive webhosting for free for one month with the following specs: You have full access to a CPANEL and can do fully with very little limitations what a paid hosting service offers. Payment can be made in GHCedis or in dollars through paypal. This can be upgraded to full hosting after one month if you are interested to continue the service.
E-FRIENDS Efriends is open to anybody and not limited to Ghanaians or Africans. Posting profiles is optional and separate from the registration process. You add yourself to the Efriends pages just like adding any form of data for example a jobs advert. You can delete yourself any time you wish to.
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP Membership is terminated upon request. or at the discretion of the administrator if a member's activity is not in line with the acceptable policies of the portal. Members can also be banned temporally or permanently.
